Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from a contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Folgen des Widerrufs

If you revoke a contract, we undertake to fully refund any amounts already paid in connection with the contract concerned within 14 days. The refund will be made by bank transfer. In no case will fees be charged for the refund. If you do not have bank details on file with us, please let us know by e-mail.

Ausschluss- / Erlöschungsgründe

The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely if we have already commenced delivery of the product or performance of the service concerned at the express request of the customer. In this case, there must be an explicit confirmation in which the customer waives the right of withdrawal.
